This is the last photo before the d7d went into fits. hurhur. I decided to cut Aisyah's toenails when she was already asleep so I thought some pictures would be nice. I took several shots with one lens and after I changed the lens to another one, I heard a whirring sound and I couldn't press the shutter button. Weird...I thought and I decided to change the battery and used back the previous lens. But the same thing happened and I went to sleep after that hoping it will be ok after a good rest...hehe. It still produced the whirring sounds when I switched it on in the morning and it refused to take any pictures.
It's now at Sony's service centre and 'recuperating'. Alhamdulillah. Quite a few had messaged me on CS if I wanted to change my system and offered good prices for my lenses and d7d. I was tempted lah...of course.
Minolta stuffs have so much resale value. Basically I can sell my lenses off at the price that I bought. Since I buy my lenses secondhand so I can afford to get a spanking brand new set with the $$$ gotten from the sale. But I don't want to start another 'relationship' with a new camera. Just like any relationship, you kind of get sick if you keep falling out of love and loving another person and falling out again...get what I mean? And the repair charges was below $200 only and I will get the camera checked and cleaned so I decided to keep this baby. Well...my 2nd baby after Aisyah. Make it 3rd after the kanda. heh.
Anyway the kanda was giggling to something online and shared me this which really cracks me up! roflol!
