Operation Gain Weight

In the recent wedding assignment, the bride's mother told me I look smaller now compared to the last time I was the photographer at her daughter's engagement. A lot of people had been telling me the same thing too. I realised this myself especially after seeing through my pictures.

I've been to a dietician before I got married and did a weight-gain diet program which was successful a while but I lost more than I gain after that.

And pls don't start on weight-gain formula. The herbalife weight-gainer formula was yucky and I hated it so much I felt like puking everytime I drank it and I won't have any appetite to eat after that which totally defeats the purpose.

I think I'm going to start the same diet again:

- Tuna and half boiled-eggs for breakfast/in between meals consecutively
- Buttered bread for breakfast
- Soyabean milk
- 2 servings of fruit
- More sleep/relax
- Exercise lightly thrice weekly

I'm starting my soyabean milk intake already since last week and trying to eat more fruits. I am slowly incorporating more food into my diet while Aisyah's playing or watching teevee. I am so used to just eating two or three meals a day that trying to eat more is just making me sick. But we'll see how it goes. Just more food (and donuts too! heh), more often. And I better start exercising too. hehe. I've been lazy.

What's important is health, not size!! I think you're like me, I can never gain weight no matter how I tried, so I don't bother anymore.

Eh kalau kau makan then kau exercise, wouldn't that burn the fats away ?

Cuba kau try makan non-stop chocs and whatnots and stop exercising for 2 weeks.

Sure fire way to gain that extra weight. :-)

true...health is impt. but when im too skinny for my own health, i have to do something about it. it's definitely not about my vain'ness. :) even my doctor is worried about about my sudden weight loss.

anne, dancingCOW came from my 'arwah' pc...hehehe. it was a gateway and they come in cow-spotted boxes. i called it mistermoo. ;)

katak...makan mmg bnyk..but exercise is essential for heavy eating to be productive. see how those bodybuilders eat and train? im not gaining mass-muscle but rather weightgain only. kalau ikot kau punyer diet, my lifespan will prolly cut short by many years. hehehehehe.
